THE MENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S CONDUCT USED WITHIN THIS THIRD PARTY SCAP GOAT CALLED, "MENTAL HEALTH DOSORDER'S":
The E.I.A. has taken some time to research The Mental Health Department who is a very large profitable business which makes its money by billing, and charging citzens for medical services that are at times unlawful and very disturbing, this type of behavior is disturbing, becuase this business sometimes supports persons or other businesses that have been in corruption within The United States of America for years.
Some of these disturbing behavios are the following: The act of committing perjury, taking advantage of citizens who are under the supervision and care of the Mental Health Department, and the abuse of autority while having the understanding that they are wrong by taking adavatage of the given right's to the Mental Health Department, by unlawfully enforcing Mental Health Caremedication and other treatments into persons who are truly victims of neglect yet are declared to suffer with Mental Disorder.
These persons are called, "victims" of disinformation from the community , other citizens or businesses who have in some way negeletced them which caused these victims to become worried and disturbed from this kind of unsual treatment. This sort of treatment is unsual becuase The United States of America is a team and we all live together as one big famliy as one memebr of out family is not treated fairly this becomes an issue that needs to be discussed with effective communication.
However, today society reffer's this victim to The Department of Mental Health for an mental evaluation by a doctor who than makes the choice to One: have this victim placed in a Mental Hospital (or) Two: have the vicitm follow up for another appointment to contine treatments.
Sometimes when the victim is placed in the Mental Hospital the medical staff employed at this Mental Health Hospital enforces medical treatments such as Mental Health Medications or other treatments which do cause additional medical problems preventing this victim from being employed so this victim is offered an application to be on Social Security Payments, due to the brain washing from the Mental Health employee's also the treatment’s again enforced by the Mental Health Department, for example some of the brain washing statements made are:
- (I am sorry about your situation and we understand that your a victim yet you must also understand that you suffer from a Mental Disorder which prevents you from living a normal life)...
- (You must also understand that becuase of your Mental Disorder you are limited to what you are able to handle and will most likely never be able to work or maintain a normal life without your Medication).
The Department of Mental Health is causing The United States of America to suffer in the work force today also called, The Work Economy, becuase of the many taxes that are forced to be paid by hard workers to others who do not have to work due to having Mental Disorder.
Here is an example of The Mental Health Department conducting abuse of authoity:
Matthew Preston Schubert's step dad named, (Damon Charles Lomiosn) and Mom named, (Dana Ann Lomison) forced their son Matthew Preston Schubert to be evaluated by Doctor Elizabeth Mitchell who was told, "Damon Charles Lomison is verbally abusive to me, by his statements towards me". the verbal abusive statements reported during this evaluation were, "You will be a nothing all your life, and you will never have a job nor an education or a family and you will never have any friends Matthew becuase you suffer from extreme Mental Disorder and you must understand that you have limit's that prevent you from having and living a normal life Matthew". Damon Charles Lomison told Matthew Preston Schubert these statements over and over again, and also became violent with Matthew Preston Schubert when Matthew Preston Schubert did not agree with Damon Charles Lomison.
After this Mental evaluation conducted by Doctor Elizabeth Mitchell she refused to report the infromation reported to her during the Mental evaluation about the verbal abusive statements made to Child Protective services for an investigation.
Instead Doctor Elizabeth Mitchell sent Matthew Preston Schubert to The Laurel Ridge treatment Center in the year 1990, when Matthew Preston Schubert was only five years of age to be
THE CONCLUSION TO THIS INVESTIGATION OPERATION IS AS EXPLAINED:
(The Mental Health Department can not be fully trusted and dose require an a evaluation for a differant kind of proceedure in the assistance provided to the citizens who live in The United States of America).
Question: Could it be that a business or person neglected it's customer and shifted their blame onto the customer which caused the Department of Mental Health to become that third party?
